ABOUT US
Our mission is to modernize North Carolina's building codes to allow for single-stair residential buildings up to six stories. By removing outdated restrictions, we aim to unlock affordable housing development on smaller lots, improve family-sized unit availability, and create more sustainable, walkable communities across the state.
